Thanks for the restack, @Mike Speriosu - I wanted to get this done in as few words as possible. I think it retains little resemblance to a traditional haiku but it is 3 lines, 17 syllables and you can probably read it aloud in half a breath or less.

Thanks, Stan. I had this scheduled for a week and knew the eclipse would only be 83% visible in my area but would still be an incredible sight in the zone of totality, so I added the AI-generated image but forgot to label it as such. I went back to correct it, and lost the text and image so I had to repost but by the time that happened, Substack seemed to be having technical issues, so I had to wait. Thanks for reading again and commenting.
