As well as being a poet, Paul, you seem to be evolving into a mindfulness guru. Live and love in the moment. We can make it precious if we wish to. It's a good poem, and good advice also.

This is a beautiful poem, Paul. Relationships are so complex and bringing up the past, trying to relive the past, further complicates matters. I love the last line, "But please take it today." Thank you for this.
